Paula Rojas is a Colombian-born architectural designer and visual artist whose work explores the relationship between physical and cultural space, perception, and the human experience. Based in Minneapolis, she draws on her architectural background and experiences living across Colombia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Her work treats space as a universal canvas—inviting emotional and sensory connection beyond boundaries.

She studied architecture at Florida Atlantic University, receiving awards such as the William E. Greene Scholarship and the AIA Certificate of Merit for Excellence in Architecture. Her thesis was selected among the best in South Florida and exhibited at the Super Studio event at the Miami Center of Architecture and Design.

Her visual work includes landscape illustrations, abstract watercolors, and mixed media using natural pigments. She presented work at Art-A-Whirl and contributed to Hammock Veil, a collaborative installation led by architect Philip Beesley, which explored the interaction between water, material, and responsive technologies.

Her public art includes a mural for the Northfield Library, supported by the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council. In 2025, she was selected for the RARO residency in Buenos Aires, where she’s exploring digital landscapes and the intersection of analog media, spatial thinking, and emerging technology.
