The Serpentina Arts Film Festival is an annual showcase of films by Latinx filmmakers based in Minnesota and by Minnesota-based artists creating films tied to themes of Latinidad. We welcome both emerging and experienced filmmakers. to submit short films between 1 and 25 minutes in length.
